- Intellectual Property
All video content, films, and creative work produced by Weddings Stories by Jesse O remains the property of the Company until full payment is received. Clients receive a personal use license for their commissioned films as specified in their individual service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weddings Stories by Jesse O shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Westchester County, New York.
